💎 Warranty, Restringing, and Final Sale Policy

 

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our stretch cord bracelets. To ensure your peace of mind and long-term enjoyment of your jewelry, we offer the following guarantees and services.


 

1. Initial 30-Day Warranty (We Cover Shipping)

 

We stand by the integrity of your new bracelet.

  • Coverage Period: This warranty is valid for 30 calendar days, beginning on the date of shipment delivery as confirmed by your tracking number.

  • Guarantee: We guarantee the integrity of the stretch cord against breaking under normal wear and tear due to a material or manufacturing defect within this 30-day period.

  • What is NOT Covered: This warranty explicitly excludes damage resulting from misuse, accidents, excessive stretching, or exposure to harsh chemicals (e.g., chlorine, bleach, strong soaps).

  • Claim Procedure & Required Proof of Purchase:

    • To initiate a claim, please email our support team with your original order number (which serves as your Proof of Purchase).

    • To prevent fraud and validate the claim, you must provide three (3) clear, high-resolution photos:

      1. A photo of the entire broken bracelet laid out.

      2. A close-up photo of the broken stretch cord ends, clearly showing the nature of the break.

      3. A photo of the broken bracelet placed next to its original packaging or shipping label (for order and Proof of Purchase verification).

  • Resolution: If the claim is approved, we will replace the bracelet free of charge, and we will cover the full shipping cost for the replacement item to be sent to you. We reserve the right to request the original broken bracelet be shipped back to us (at our expense) for inspection if the photos are inconclusive.


 

2. Complimentary 1-Year Restringing Service

 

We offer a convenient service to keep your favorite bracelet wearable long after the initial warranty has expired.

  • Service Period: After the initial 30-day warranty expires, we offer a complimentary restringing service for up to one (1) full year from the date of shipment delivery.

  • What is Covered: This service covers the cost of labor and a new stretch cord.

  • Conditions: This service is only offered on the condition that the customer retains and returns ALL original beads (including any spacer or accent beads) to us.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs—both for sending the broken bracelet to us for repair and for the return shipment of the repaired bracelet back to them.

  • Material Fees: This service does not include the replacement of lost, chipped, or damaged beads. If any beads are missing or require replacement, we will provide a quote for the material cost prior to beginning the restringing.

  • Turnaround Time: Please allow 7-14 business days for the repair process once the bracelet is received and payment for any associated shipping/material fees is processed.


 

3. Final Sale and Returns Policy

 

  • Final Sale Policy: Due to hygienic reasons and the personalized nature of our stretch cord jewelry, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

  • Exception: The only exception to the Final Sale policy is for items deemed defective under the terms of the 30-Day Warranty (Section 1). Please review our product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
